Accepted Answer

A valid student ID card or an electronic document confirming entitlement is required to travel with a student discount. On PolishTrains, you can select the relevant discount when purchasing, and show the document on the train.

You can check the current delay on the departure board at the station or with the carrier. PolishTrains is used to search for a connection and buy a ticket, but does not show live delays.

Question 5

Accepted Answer

First check your spam folder and that the email address provided at purchase is correct. If the message is still missing, contact PolishTrains customer service and have your payment confirmation ready.

Question 6

I bought several tickets and one is missing – how do I fix this?

Accepted Answer

Check the order confirmation, as each ticket may be saved as a separate attachment or message. If one document is missing, contact PolishTrains customer service and provide the order number and payment details.
