Question 1

How can I check tomorrow's Intercity timetable from Świdnik Miasto to Puławy Miasto?

Accepted Answer

You can check tomorrow's timetable by entering the Świdnik Miasto and Puławy Miasto stations and selecting the correct date. On PolishTrains, you can then choose the IC service you are interested in from the list of connections.

Question 2

Can I check changes in the PKP timetable?

Accepted Answer

You can check transfers after searching for a journey between the selected stations and travel date. PolishTrains presents the available journey options, allowing you to verify the route of the selected journey before purchasing.

Question 3

What document should I show on the train to use a discount?

Accepted Answer

On the train, you must have a document confirming your entitlement to the discount used, as well as an identity document if required by the carrier's conditions. On PolishTrains, you can select the relevant discount when buying the ticket.

Question 4

Does PolishTrains charge a commission?

Accepted Answer

The price shown on PolishTrains already includes the service fee and is the final amount, with no additional charge at payment. If the ticket is refunded, the service fee is non-refundable.

Question 5

What should I do if I do not have my ticket by SMS?

Accepted Answer

The absence of an SMS does not necessarily mean that you do not have a ticket, as the purchased document may also be available in the PolishTrains app. If you cannot see it in either place, contact the service's support team before travelling.
