Question 1

Does the PKP timetable show live delays?

Accepted Answer

The timetable shows scheduled times, not the train's current situation. On PolishTrains, you can check the travel plan, while current delays should be checked at the station or with the carrier.

Question 2

How much does a railway ticket refund cost?

Accepted Answer

When a ticket is returned, the service fee is non-refundable, while the remaining amount depends on the carrier's terms. On PolishTrains, you can check the return conditions before confirming the operation.

Question 3

How can I document a child's entitlement to a discount when buying a ticket?

Accepted Answer

When purchasing, you must select the correct discount and have a document confirming the child's entitlement. On PolishTrains, you can select the discount when choosing the ticket, while the document is shown during the inspection.

Question 4

What document should I show on the train to use a discount?

Accepted Answer

On the train, you must show a document confirming entitlement to the selected discount, as well as proof of identity if required. You can buy a discounted ticket through PolishTrains after selecting the appropriate entitlement.

Question 5

Which is better for buying tickets: Koleo or the Intercity app (and where does PolishTrains fit in)?

Accepted Answer

On PolishTrains, you can search for a journey from Siedlce station to Września station and then buy a ticket for the selected service. This is a suitable option if you want to buy a railway ticket outside the carrier's app.

Question 6

Do TLK trains run at night?

Accepted Answer

TLK trains may run at different times, depending on the specific route and day. On the Siedlce to Września route, you can check the timetable on PolishTrains by selecting your travel date.
