Question 1

How quickly can I buy a ticket just before departure?

Accepted Answer

Just before departure, you can search for a connection from Nowy Sącz to Bobowa Miasto on PolishTrains by entering the stations and date. You can then select an available service and proceed to payment.

Question 2

How can I buy a ticket without creating an account?

Accepted Answer

You can buy a ticket through PolishTrains without creating an account. Search for a connection by stations and date, select a service, and then proceed to payment.

Question 3

How can I check which platform the train departs from?

Accepted Answer

You can check the track number on the departures board at the station, as PolishTrains does not show platform or track numbers. However, you can use the PolishTrains service to search for the appropriate service between the stations.

Question 4

How do I add a ticket to the calendar on my phone?

Accepted Answer

You can check the date of travel for a ticket bought through PolishTrains in its details. Adding a ticket to the calendar is not a service feature.

Question 5

Why do I see two payments for one ticket?

Accepted Answer

The price shown on PolishTrains already includes the service fee and is the final amount, so nothing is added at the payment stage. If your account is charged twice, check your transaction history and contact the payment support team.

Question 6

What documents are needed for a pensioner or disability pensioner discount?

Accepted Answer

To use the discount, you need a document confirming your entitlement as a pensioner or disability pensioner. When buying on PolishTrains, select the appropriate discount and keep the document with you during the ticket inspection.
