PKP Krzeszowice – Pleszew. Train timetable

Q: Payment failed but money was taken – what happens next?

In this situation, do not buy the ticket again immediately, but check the transaction status and contact PolishTrains customer service. Prepare confirmation that your account was charged and the details of the purchase attempt.

Q: What documents are needed for a pensioner’s discount?

To use a discount, you need a document confirming your entitlement, which you must have with you during the inspection. On PolishTrains, you can select the appropriate discount when buying your ticket, and check the carrier’s requirements before travelling.

Q: Does TLK have open-plan carriages?

A standard-class carriage is not guaranteed on every TLK service, as this depends on the composition of the particular train. On PolishTrains, you can choose the TLK category, while it is worth confirming the carriage layout at the station or with the carrier’s information service.
