Question 1

How can I check which platform the train departs from?

Question 2

How can I check the journey time with changes step by step?

Accepted Answer

Enter the departure station, destination station and date, then select an option with a change in the search results. On PolishTrains, you can review the consecutive sections of the selected journey before buying the ticket.

Question 3

Where can I check current delays for Intercity trains?

Accepted Answer

You can check current delays on station boards and in the carrier’s announcements, as the search engine itself does not show the live status of a service. On PolishTrains, you can check the scheduled journey times of the Intercity train.

Question 4

My ticket did not arrive by email despite a successful payment – how can I retrieve it?

Accepted Answer

If the ticket has not appeared in the message, check your SMS and the app, where the travel document may be available. You can find a ticket bought through PolishTrains again using the details provided during the transaction.

Can I buy a train ticket with deferred payment?

Accepted Answer

You can pay for the journey ticket using the deferred payment option available on PolishTrains. Before confirming the transaction, select this method from the payment options shown.

Question 6

Where can I check the online departures and arrivals board for a large station?

Accepted Answer

Look for the departure and arrival board on the website of the station operator or carrier. On PolishTrains, you can search for a specific connection between stations, but this does not replace the station board.
