Pendolino Gdynia Główna - Sopot

Gdynia and Sopot lie next to each other in the Tricity metropolitan area on the Baltic coast, so travelling between them is one of the shortest railway journeys in the region.

When you are looking for a direct service, the PolishTrains timetable shows which connections run without a change. The journey takes a few minutes, and among passengers departing from Gdynia, the largest group, 30 per cent, buys a ticket just 1-3 days before departure. A further 27 per cent decide between two and four weeks before travelling – the timetable and available seats can be viewed on PolishTrains.

The price range for this short journey is narrow: a standard ticket usually costs from around PLN 5 to around PLN 15, depending on when it is purchased. Buying a ticket sufficiently in advance makes it easier to find a lower price within this range. A ticket bought on PolishTrains can be refunded online, but the service fee included in the price is not returned when the ticket is refunded.
